Ingredients:

1½ cup low-fat plain yogurt

1½ cup fresh berries, chopped (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and/or blackberries)

4 teaspoons organic honey, divided

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

6 tablespoons granola, crumbled, large chunks

Method:

1. Stir together 1 teaspoon organic honey in a bowl along with granola and set aside.

2. Add in the yogurt in another bowl along with vanilla extract and remaining organic honey.

3. Put this mixture divided among six popsicles molds and top with granola and insert the Popsicle sticks.

4. Freeze them overnight and use these energy bars next day.
